The new Rock Ready UTV Polaris RZR Milwaukee Packout Mount is the easiest way to add a Milwaukee Packout Tool Box to your RZR. The initial install is completely bolt in requiring common hand tools. It comes with hand knobs so that you can easily remove it to access the engine service panel. The Milwaukee Packout tool boxes (#48-22-8422) are an excellent storage solution. You can also mix and match the various Milwaukee boxes to fit your storage needs. Milwaukee even makes a 16 quart cooler (#48-22-8460) that works just like the Packout Compact Tool Box! These high quality Performance SXS Bushings fit our lower a-arms and 2014-2016 RZR XP 1000 and 2016 RZR XP Turbo lower a-arms. They are made from oil filled UHMW and include the inner bushing sleeve. To install the bushings you should use a rubber mallet or a vice with wooden blocks to keep from damaging the bushing. You should apply a small amount of grease or anti-seize to the bolt (not the threads) to prevent the bolts from corroding or seizing inside the bushing sleeve. Made in the USA.

Rock Ready UTV's heavy duty bearing retainer plate is an affordable option to strengthen your Polaris transmission. The stock bearing retainer plate is thin and warps under loads. Warping causes the pinion and output shaft (snorkel gear) to deflect. Deflection can break the gear teeth and blow a hole in the side of the transmission case. Our plate is made out of a high strength steel that is 50% stronger than chromoly. It is also more than twice as thick as the stock retainer plate. That makes this the strongest bearing retainer plate on the market. There is also material added to the inside and outside circumference of the plate to add strength and ensure the bearing face has 100% contact with the plate. Further more the bearing retainer plate comes standard with longer high strength bolts. This ensures the maximum allowable thread engagement increasing strength. Our bearing retainer plate is the best choice when installing a snorkel upgrade kit. Finally there is a bearing retainer plate that is worthy of being considered Rock Ready. This part replaces the factory part numbers 3235241 and 3235823. Choose the correct part from the list below.

These weld-in bungs take the place of the nylock nuts holding the 4 radius rod bolts at the frame of the RZR. This greatly increases the strength of the radius rod mounting at the frame. These fit in a 3/4" hole. They can also be used to make mounts for other parts such as bumpers.

These weld-in washers are a great way to fix those egged out M10 bolt holes suspension components. Just drill the bolt hole out to 5/8" and weld these in.

Rock Ready UTV's heavy duty radius rod plate is the perfect add on to strengthen your radius rod mounting. We strongly suggest upgrading from the weak stock plate which is prone to bending, egging out the holes, and even tearing bolts through the plate. Greatly strengthen your radius rod mounting points by welding in a set of our weld bungs to eliminate those hard to get to nuts behind the transmission. The radius rod plate is available to fit the M10 and the M12 bolt sizes. The M10 uses a 15mm socket and the M12 uses an 18 mm socket.

These weld-in washers are a great way to fix those egged out M12 bolt holes suspension components. Just drill the bolt hole out to 3/4" and weld these in. Purchase 16 weld-in washers to give your a-arm mounting points on your Turbo S an overhaul.

This gear reduction consists of Polaris part #'s 3235450 and 3235451, also known as the Polaris Ace 325 Gear Reduction. This is a stage 2 gear reduction consisting of the 25 tooth reverse gear shaft and the 48 tooth stage 2 gear. This is a total reduction of approximately 27% across high, low, and reverse. We highly suggest you contact us before ordering gears unless you are absolutely sure what part numbers you are needing. This is because of the variations in gear reductions from the factory and compatibility. There is no warranty on Polaris gears and no returns. This product is not eligible for any discounts.

This gear reduction consists of Polaris part #'s 3235232 and 3236132, also known as the Ranger Low Gear Reduction. It is a 25/67 tooth combination. These low range gears come in newer Polaris Rangers. We highly suggest you contact us before ordering gears unless you are absolutely sure what part numbers you are needing. This is because of the variations in gear reductions from the factory and compatibility. This same low gear ratio came in some Polaris RZR's from the factory, such as the 2016 RZR XP Turbos.
