This gear reduction consists of Polaris part #'s 3235380 and 3235381, also known as the 4 Seater Gear Reduction. This is a stage 2 gear reduction consisting of the 27 tooth reverse gear shaft and the 46 tooth stage 2 gear. This reverse shaft and stage 2 came in most 4 seat machines and can be used to reduce the gears in some 2 seat machines. The total reduction is approximately 13% across high, low, and reverse. This is a stage 2 gear reduction consisting of the 23 tooth reverse gear shaft and the 50 tooth stage 2 gear that first came in the 2023 Polaris RZR Turbo R. This gear reduction consists of Polaris part #'s 3235774 and 3235989, also known as the 2 Seater Low Gear Reduction. It is a 29/64 tooth combination, which came in most 2017-2020 2 seater RZR XP Turbo transmissions. These gears can be installed in some 4 seater RZR Turbo transmissions to reduce only the low gear. This reduction is not as low as the Ranger Low Gear. We highly suggest you contact us before ordering gears unless you are absolutely sure what part numbers you are needing. This gear reduction consists of Polaris part #'s 3235232 and 3236132, also known as the Ranger Low Gear Reduction. It is a 25/67 tooth combination. These low range gears come in newer Polaris Rangers. We highly suggest you contact us before ordering gears unless you are absolutely sure what part numbers you are needing. This is because of the variations in gear reductions from the factory and compatibility. This same low gear ratio came in some Polaris RZR's from the factory, such as the 2016 RZR XP Turbos. The RZR High Gear Spacer is an effective way to prevent losing high gear in your Polaris RZR or General. The high gear on the reverse shaft floats on a set of needle bearings and is held in place by a washer and retainer clip on each side. If you routinely try to shift gears without stopping the RZR, or letting the RPMs fully drop to idle, the shift dog puts undo stress bouncing on the side of the high gear. This stress can cause the retainer clip to pop out of its groove. That allows the high gear to shift over and can no longer be engaged. Sometimes the retainer clip breaks instead of just popping out of the groove, which can then get between the gear teeth and wreak havoc on your transmission. The RZR High Gear Spacer replaces the washer and retainer clip on one side and takes up the gap between the high gear and the bearing. We highly suggest installing one in your transmission along with our heavy duty bearing retainer plates. These weld-in washers are a great way to fix those egged out M12 bolt holes suspension components. Just drill the bolt hole out to 3/4" and weld these in. Purchase 16 weld-in washers to give your a-arm mounting points on your Turbo S an overhaul.

The new Rock Ready UTV Polaris RZR Single Packout Mount is the easiest way to add a Single Milwaukee Packout Tool Box or cooler to your RZR. This is the perfect addition to our double packout mount. The mount sits sideways in the rear portion of the bed making it compatible with our double mount for various toolbox and cooler (#48-22-8460) configurations. The single mount allows you to run the Yeti or Rtic 35 quart cooler in the front position and Milwaukee toolboxes in the rear position if you prefer to run a larger cooler. Rock Ready UTV's heavy duty bearing retainer plate is an affordable option to strengthen your Polaris transmission. The stock bearing retainer plate is thin and warps under loads. Warping causes the pinion and output shaft (snorkel gear) to deflect. Deflection can break the gear teeth and blow a hole in the side of the transmission case. Our plate is made out of a high strength steel that is 50% stronger than chromoly. It is also more than twice as thick as the stock retainer plate. That makes this the strongest bearing retainer plate on the market. There is also material added to the inside and outside circumference of the plate to add strength and ensure the bearing face has 100% contact with the plate. Further more the bearing retainer plate comes standard with longer high strength bolts. This ensures the maximum allowable thread engagement increasing strength. Our bearing retainer plate is the best choice when installing a snorkel upgrade kit. Finally there is a bearing retainer plate that is worthy of being considered Rock Ready. This part replaces the factory part numbers 3235241 and 3235823. Choose the correct part from the list below.

Rock Ready UTV's heavy duty radius rod plate is the perfect add on to strengthen your radius rod mounting. We strongly suggest upgrading from the weak stock plate which is prone to bending, egging out the holes, and even tearing bolts through the plate. Strengthen your radius rod mounting points even more by welding in a set of our weld bungs to eliminate those hard to reach nuts behind the transmission.

These weld-in bungs take the place of the nylock nuts holding the 4 radius rod bolts at the frame of the RZR. This greatly increases the strength of the radius rod mounting at the frame. These fit in a 3/4" hole. They can also be used to make mounts for other parts such as bumpers.

The stock sway bar mount is prone to bending the tab and breaking the welds creating a costly repair. Our gussets tie the sway bar mount to the motor mount and are completely bolt in.
