RZR Turbo S Radius Rod Plate

Description

The factory RZR Turbo S radius rod plate is the weak link in your front suspension. Under hard trail, rock, or desert use it bends, eggs out the bolt holes, and eventually tears the bolt through the plate. That’s the failure mode — not theoretical, it’s what breaks.

This is the fix: a direct-replacement Turbo S radius rod plate cut from 3/16″ American steel, laser cut and CNC bent, powder coated black. Bolts in using your factory hardware. Won’t bend. Won’t egg. Won’t tear.

Pair it with weld bungs to do the job right. The factory nut sits behind the transmission — awkward to reach, slow to service. Our Radius Rod Weld Bungs weld into place once, turn that awkward location into a clean threaded hole, and every future radius rod swap takes minutes instead of an hour.
