The FK JMXT14T-770 is the preferred rod end to use with our front a-arms for the RZR 1000 and RZR Turbo. It fits a 7/8-14 threaded bung and our spindle pins. These high quality Performance SXS Bushings fit our lower a-arms and 2014-2016 RZR XP 1000 and 2016 RZR XP Turbo lower a-arms. They are made from oil filled UHMW and include the inner bushing sleeve. To install the bushings you should use a rubber mallet or a vice with wooden blocks to keep from damaging the bushing. You should apply a small amount of grease or anti-seize to the bolt (not the threads) to prevent the bolts from corroding or seizing inside the bushing sleeve. Made in the USA.

The RZR High Gear Spacer is an effective way to prevent losing high gear in your Polaris RZR or General. The high gear on the reverse shaft floats on a set of needle bearings and is held in place by a washer and retainer clip on each side. If you routinely try to shift gears without stopping the RZR, or letting the RPMs fully drop to idle, the shift dog puts undo stress bouncing on the side of the high gear. This stress can cause the retainer clip to pop out of its groove. That allows the high gear to shift over and can no longer be engaged. Sometimes the retainer clip breaks instead of just popping out of the groove, which can then get between the gear teeth and wreak havoc on your transmission. The RZR High Gear Spacer replaces the washer and retainer clip on one side and takes up the gap between the high gear and the bearing. We highly suggest installing one in your transmission along with our heavy duty bearing retainer plates. These weld-in washers are a great way to fix those egged out M12 bolt holes suspension components. Just drill the bolt hole out to 3/4" and weld these in. Purchase 16 weld-in washers to give your a-arm mounting points on your Turbo S an overhaul.

The new Rock Ready UTV Polaris RZR Single Packout Mount is the easiest way to add a Single Milwaukee Packout Tool Box or cooler to your RZR. This is the perfect addition to our double packout mount. The mount sits sideways in the rear portion of the bed making it compatible with our double mount for various toolbox and cooler (#48-22-8460) configurations. The single mount allows you to run the Yeti or Rtic 35 quart cooler in the front position and Milwaukee toolboxes in the rear position if you prefer to run a larger cooler. The mount is made from 1/8" aluminum to keep it light weight, strong, and to avoid rust. The price is for the single mount and installation hardware only. Rock Ready UTV's heavy duty bearing retainer plate is an affordable option to strengthen your Polaris transmission. The stock bearing retainer plate is thin and warps under loads. Warping causes the pinion and output shaft (snorkel gear) to deflect. Deflection can break the gear teeth and blow a hole in the side of the transmission case. Our plate is made out of a high strength steel that is 50% stronger than chromoly. It is also more than twice as thick as the stock retainer plate. That makes this the strongest bearing retainer plate on the market. There is also material added to the inside and outside circumference of the plate to add strength and ensure the bearing face has 100% contact with the plate. Further more the bearing retainer plate comes standard with longer high strength bolts. This ensures the maximum allowable thread engagement increasing strength. Our bearing retainer plate is the best choice when installing a snorkel upgrade kit. Finally there is a bearing retainer plate that is worthy of being considered Rock Ready. This part replaces the factory part numbers 3235241 and 3235823. Choose the correct part from the list below.
