The FK JMXT14T-770 is the preferred rod end to use with our front a-arms for the RZR 1000 and RZR Turbo. It fits a 7/8-14 threaded bung and our spindle pins. The rod end is extremely strong with a load rating of 45,051 lbs. and Teflon lined so they don't squeak. Right hand thread. Jam nuts sold separately. Sold individually. Made in the USA.

These high quality Performance SXS Bushings fit our lower a-arms and 2014-2016 RZR XP 1000 and 2016 RZR XP Turbo lower a-arms. They are made from oil filled UHMW and include the inner bushing sleeve. To install the bushings you should use a rubber mallet or a vice with wooden blocks to keep from damaging the bushing. You should apply a small amount of grease or anti-seize to the bolt (not the threads) to prevent the bolts from corroding or seizing inside the bushing sleeve. Made in the USA.

The RZR High Gear Spacer is an effective way to prevent losing high gear in your Polaris RZR or General. The high gear on the reverse shaft floats on a set of needle bearings and is held in place by a washer and retainer clip on each side. If you routinely try to shift gears without stopping the RZR, or letting the RPMs fully drop to idle, the shift dog puts undo stress bouncing on the side of the high gear. This stress can cause the retainer clip to pop out of its groove. That allows the high gear to shift over and can no longer be engaged. Sometimes the retainer clip breaks instead of just popping out of the groove, which can then get between the gear teeth and wreak havoc on your transmission. The RZR High Gear Spacer replaces the washer and retainer clip on one side and takes up the gap between the high gear and the bearing. We highly suggest installing one in your transmission along with our heavy duty bearing retainer plates. These weld-in washers are a great way to fix those egged out M12 bolt holes suspension components. Just drill the bolt hole out to 3/4" and weld these in. Purchase 16 weld-in washers to give your a-arm mounting points on your Turbo S an overhaul.

The new Rock Ready UTV Polaris RZR Milwaukee Packout Mount is the easiest way to add a Milwaukee Packout Tool Box to your RZR. The initial install is completely bolt in requiring common hand tools. It comes with hand knobs so that you can easily remove it to access the engine service panel. The Milwaukee Packout tool boxes (#48-22-8422) are an excellent storage solution. You can also mix and match the various Milwaukee boxes to fit your storage needs. Milwaukee even makes a 16 quart cooler (#48-22-8460) that works just like the Packout Compact Tool Box! The new Rock Ready UTV Front Tow Hook is the easiest way to add a tow point to the front of your RZR. It also makes an excellent tie down point to make sure your RZR gets to and from the trail safely. The sleek, tucked design ensures you retain maximum approach angle so you're not banging it on the rocks. The tow hook mounts with (4) M10 bolts unlike several that just use 2 or 3.
