These high quality Performance SXS Bushings fit our lower a-arms and 2014-2016 RZR XP 1000 and 2016 RZR XP Turbo lower a-arms. They are made from oil filled UHMW and include the inner bushing sleeve. To install the bushings you should use a rubber mallet or a vice with wooden blocks to keep from damaging the bushing. You should apply a small amount of grease or anti-seize to the bolt (not the threads) to prevent the bolts from corroding or seizing inside the bushing sleeve. Made in the USA.

This gear reduction consists of Polaris part #'s 3235380 and 3235381, also known as the 4 Seater Gear Reduction. This is a stage 2 gear reduction consisting of the 27 tooth reverse gear shaft and the 46 tooth stage 2 gear. This reverse shaft and stage 2 came in most 4 seat machines and can be used to reduce the gears in some 2 seat machines. The total reduction is approximately 13% across high, low, and reverse. This gear reduction consists of Polaris part #'s 3235754 and 3235232, also known as the General Ranger Low Gear Reduction. It consists of the 25L/20R/42H tooth input shaft out of the Polaris General and the 67 tooth low gear. This allows you to put the same low ratio in most 2017+ naturally aspirated/non-turbo transmission machines as the Ranger Low without effecting reverse or high gear. The RZR High Gear Spacer is an effective way to prevent losing high gear in your Polaris RZR or General. The high gear on the reverse shaft floats on a set of needle bearings and is held in place by a washer and retainer clip on each side. If you routinely try to shift gears without stopping the RZR, or letting the RPMs fully drop to idle, the shift dog puts undo stress bouncing on the side of the high gear. This stress can cause the retainer clip to pop out of its groove. That allows the high gear to shift over and can no longer be engaged. Sometimes the retainer clip breaks instead of just popping out of the groove, which can then get between the gear teeth and wreak havoc on your transmission. The RZR High Gear Spacer replaces the washer and retainer clip on one side and takes up the gap between the high gear and the bearing. We highly suggest installing one in your transmission along with our heavy duty bearing retainer plates. This item is discontinued. The stock trailing arms on the RZR XP 1000, RZR XP Turbo, and RS1 are known to bend underneath the shock mounting location. We offer an affordable and effective solution to prevent a bent trailing arm from ruining your day. These weld-on gussets are laser cut out of .125" American steel and CNC formed. Unlike the common rectangular tubing gussets our design is tapered at the leading edge. This unique design feature makes the gusset stronger because it keeps you from having a heat effected zone in a vertical line on one side of the trailing arm and reduces heat distortion from welding. The gussets DO NOT clear a stock offset rear Polaris RZR wheel unless you run wheel spacers. The gussets require a 5" or less offset wheel (so they fit the common wheel sizes 5+2, 4+2, 4+3). These weld-in washers are a great way to fix those egged out M10 bolt holes suspension components. Just drill the bolt hole out to 5/8" and weld these in.

It comes with hand knobs so that you can easily remove it to access the engine service panel. The Milwaukee Packout tool boxes (#48-22-8422) are an excellent storage solution. You can also mix and match the various Milwaukee boxes to fit your storage needs. Milwaukee even makes a 16 quart cooler (#48-22-8460) that works just like the Packout Compact Tool Box!
