This item is discontinued. The stock trailing arms on the RZR XP 1000, RZR XP Turbo, and RS1 are known to bend underneath the shock mounting location. We offer an affordable and effective solution to prevent a bent trailing arm from ruining your day. These weld-on gussets are laser cut out of .125″ American steel and CNC formed. Unlike the common rectangular tubing gussets our design is tapered at the leading edge. This unique design feature makes the gusset stronger because it keeps you from having a heat effected zone in a vertical line on one side of the trailing arm and reduces heat distortion from welding. The gussets DO NOT clear a stock offset rear Polaris RZR wheel unless you run wheel spacers. The gussets require a 5″ or less offset wheel (so they fit the common wheel sizes 5+2, 4+2, 4+3).
The gussets come in a pair, left and right.

Ordered these and they shipped fast. You will need to shape the gussets slightly to get onto trailing arm or at least I did. Welded on and had arm’s powder coated. Now thats one less weak link I have to worry about in the RZR..

Only had to do minimal grinding in a couple spots by the shock mounts to clear some of the factory’s ugly welds. Fit was very good with virtually no gaps and I was able to TIG weld both gussets with 1/16 filler. Awesome gussets for the price. Great company to order from.

Perfect fit. Very impressive tight fit. Very “minor” grinding of factory welds in a couple spots. Best upgrade you can do to strengthen stock arms. Because the fit was so good… I hope they put together a UHMW guard that wraps around the arm and gusset. BUY IT… you will be very impressed if your familiar with steel fabrication.
