The RZR High Gear Spacer is an effective way to prevent losing high gear in your Polaris RZR or General.  The high gear on the reverse shaft floats on a set of needle bearings and is held in place by a washer and retainer clip on each side.  If you routinely try to shift gears without stopping the RZR, or letting the RPMs fully drop to idle, the shift dog puts undo stress bouncing on the side of the high gear.  This stress can cause the retainer clip to pop out of its groove.  That allows the high gear to shift over and can no longer be engaged.  Sometimes the retainer clip breaks instead of just popping out of the groove, which can then get between the gear teeth and wreak havoc on your transmission.  The RZR High Gear Spacer replaces the washer and retainer clip on one side and takes up the gap between the high gear and the bearing.  We highly suggest installing one in your transmission along with our heavy duty bearing retainer plates.   Fits Polaris RZR 900 XP, Polaris General, Polaris RZR 900 S, Polaris RZR XP 1000, Polaris RZR XP Turbo, Polaris RZR Turbo S, Polaris RZR Turbo R   Due to the nature of this product and its intended use, it has no warranty.
