Warranty and Returns Policy
Only the original purchaser is covered by the Rock Ready UTV warranty policy. Rock Ready UTV products can be returned if in new condition within 10 business days from the date delivered for a full refund of the purchase price, less any initial shipping costs and payment processing fees. The 10 days starts the day the shipping carrier delivers the package as day 1. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. An additional 20% fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all products returned after the 10 business days in new condition. Defective products can be sent to Rock Ready UTV for evaluation. If Rock Ready UTV determines the product is defective, the return shipping costs and original purchase price will be refunded with a copy of the shipping receipt. If the product is determined to not be defective, the normal return policy and refund amount will be applied. You must contact Rock Ready UTV prior to returning a product.
